Image’s staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely flexible! I’ve been developing a set of custom controllers that I hand wire and build for use with the Smash Bros game series, and through sheer luck discovered that direct to acrylic printing was possible. Through months of planning on my part, I was able to approach Image with the concept of doing art prints for acrylic controllers. Image had never before worked on something like this, and through discussing the concept with them over the course of weeks to figure out the process (especially considering I’d never had custom printing done before), they were able to work with me and my laser cutting shop to create this incredible prototype! I’ll be relying on Image for my little hobby/business going forward with confidence based on the level of quality on display here. The team all deserve recognition too: Bashir, with his eye for detail and sharp, constructive criticism Justin, for helping to act as a bridge of understanding for their team on the market these controllers are intended for Fatim, for making organizing the process and getting me in touch with people when I need them extremely easy Muslim, for fielding my early questions supremely well and helping me start developing the skills I need And, most important of all, Dave, for providing me consistent, realistic expectations, offering sound advice, and for taking my notes on colour profiles and printing techniques I prefer and doing test prints repeatedly for my benefit.
